10km Running Training Plans
Access to all plans to select the one that works best for you

For a membership period of 90 days
Pick from the following plan options:
- Beginner: 10km Training Plan (pick this one if this is your first time training for a 10km event or are new to running)
- Intermediate: 10km Training Plan (pick this one if you have done an event before and/or you can already comfortably run for 40-60mins 3 time a week)
- Advanced:10km Training Plan (pick this one if you are an experienced runner who trains regulars 4+ times per week and is looking for a personal best or is focused on a performance goal)
- Training with your Menstrual Cycle: 10km Training Plan (Beginner, Intermediate, and advanced options
- Menopause: 10km Training Plan
You'll also have access to all of these plans when you sign up. Once your profile is created you'll be able to select the training programme you want to follow or swap to another plan if you find that the one you selected at the beginning is not suitable.
As a bonus you'll also have access to the Base Builder Running Plans. Use these plans if you'd like to start training now and build up your base fitness before starting your 10km training plan.
