For a membership period of 90 days
Pick from the following plan options:
- Beginner: 12 Week Half Marathon Training Plan (pick this one if this is your first time training for a half marathon)
- Intermediate: 12 Week Half Marathon Training Plan (pick this one if you have done a half marathon before and/or you can already comfortably run for 40-60mins 3 time a week)
- Advanced: 12 Week Half Marathon Training Plan (pick this one if you are an experienced runner who trains regulars 4+ times per week and is looking for a personal best or is focused on a performance goal)
- 12 Week Half Marathon Training Plan - Training with your Menstrual Cycle
- 12 Week Half Marathon Training Plan - Menopause Plan
You'll have access to all of these plans when you sign up. Once your profile is created you'll be able to select the training programme you want to follow (or try out both and see which one you like best).
All half marathon plans will automatically start to populate on 7 April 2025. 12 weeks out from the Wellington Marathon Event.
As a bonus you'll also have access to the Base Builder Running Plans. Use these plans if you'd like to start training now and build up your base fitness before starting your Half Marathon Plan.
