This option is for you if you have good training discipline and motivation. You might have some experience with training programmes and coaching already, but like following a programme so all the thinking is done for you.

Half Marathon Training Plans
Pick from one of two plans:
- 12 Week Half Marathon Training Plan
- 12 Week Half Marathon Training Plan - Training with your cycle
You'll have access to both of these plans when you sign up. Once your profile is created you'll be able to select the training programme you want to follow (or try out both and see which one you like best).
Crystal Coaching Package
Full individualised coaching tailored for you! However, this version is more budget friendly. So ideal for those who don't want regular feedback or a more hands own approach.
NOTE: there are no changes to the programme once it is set.

Diamond Coaching
Full individualised coaching tailored for you!
This package includes:
- Initial consultation call
- tailored programme
- unlimited programme changes
- unlimited emails and messaging
- weekly feedback and training review
- free attendance at group training sessions
- discount on tri camps or training courses
- monthly 45min coaching call
- access to training message group
HB Women's Triathlon Plan
Pick from any of the programmes in this section. All the programmes are 6 weeks long.
The programmes available to you are:
- Short Tri Beginner Programme
- Short Tri Intermediate Programme
- Base Builder Run Programme - Beginner
- Base Builder Run Programme - Intermediate.
You can start with the Base Builder Run Programme and then move onto the Tri Programmes. This of course depends on how far out from the event you are starting your training.
The Run programmes are also great for those training for the 5km. However, you'll need to end the programme one week before your event as these programmes are not event training programmes so don't allow for a taper.
